Mail Group Mail groups allow you to send emails to everyone subscribed to that mail group. For example, you can create an email address news@yourdomain.com.au and add a list of email addresses under that mailgroup. Then when you send an email to news@yourdomain.com.au it will forward a copy automatically to everyone in that mail group without showing the distribution list. |
