The typical scenario is that your email program downloads the same number of emails over and over again, and won't download the email causing the problem. The quickest fix is to connect to your mailbox using WebMail (http://webmail.yourname.com.au/) and delete the email causing the problem. Remember to click 'purge deleted messages' to remove the deleted email completely from the server.
