• Site Name: whatever your website is called
• Address: this is your domain name without the www or ftp, eg: yourdomain.com.au
• Port: 21
• Username: this is in the email you received when your hosting account was created
• Password: this is in the email you received when your hosting account was created
• Local Path: the folder on your computer that contains your website

NOTE: You may not need all this information and individual FTP programs may label this differently.
